11/17/25:  YA initial registration deadline for 2025-2026 year

1/15/26: Claim Due (1st submission for expenses to date)

3/15/26: Claim Due (2nd submission for expenses to date)

4/15/26:  Final Claim Due (3rd & final submission)
Pease contact Courtney if you will have events happening after that date that you would like to claim.

06/1/26: YA registration opens for 2026-2027 year

8/15/26: 25-26 Completion Paperwork Due (Employer Verification Form & Post Program Completion Survey)

11/15/26:  YA initial registration deadline for 2026-2027 year

*Completion paperwork can be turned in as soon as they are complete and have met all the requirements. They do not need to be held until August if completed earlier.
