The Special Educator Induction Program is a comprehensive, three-year initiative designed to support and retain high-quality educators within the CESA 11 region. By blending professional development, networking, and individualized coaching, we aim to build a strong foundation for those entering the field of special education.
Who is Eligible?
We support up to 25 new participants annually who are in their first three years of special education. This includes: those new to the profession, experienced educators transitioning into special education, and educators currently holding a license with stipulations.
Participants must be nominated by their district administrators to enroll.

District Benefits & Requirements
This program is designed to supplement existing district efforts at no cost to the school district.
Participating districts receive a stipend per educator, across all three years, to offset costs associated with the program.
Reimbursement is received annually upon the successful completion of all three induction components.
Districts must agree to provide the necessary release time for educators to attend all scheduled activities.
