CESA #11 consultants collaboarate to provide comprehensive professional development activities to all teachers, principals, administrators, related services personnel, paraprofessionals, early intervention personnel and parents. The professional development activities are designed to maximize the potential for students within both their special education programming and their regular education programming.

Teachers will engage in learning about CCR (college, career and community ready) IEPs and the process to follow when designing, supporting and implementing so that outcomes increase for students with disabilities. This process will support shifting mindsets and practices that impact students.
