PARAPROFESSIONAL

Special Education

Paraprofessionals often support students with physical, developmental, or specific learning disabilities or emotional and behavioral disorders. These students require targeted support and accommodations to address their specific needs, and paraprofessionals are essential members of their support system. CESA 11 will provide training in best practices in special education, including instructional strategies, social-emotional health supports, and the use of assistive technology.
