The Emotional Behavior Disorder (EBD) Network supports special education teachers who provide services to students with emotional and behavioral needs encompassing all ages and disability labels. Networking opportunities will be provided each semester with an EBD focus, DPI updates, and discussions with peers built in to support hot topics that are occurring in your district.
