Under the direction of the RSN coordinator, the Wisconsin Personnel Development System provides systematic professional development opportunities that facilitate sustained change and help assure quality educational services for students with disabilities. Training, information, resources and technical assistance are available. The Personnel Development System also serves as a linkage between the Regional Services Network (RSN), the Department of Public Instruction, and the directors of special education & pupil services in CESA #11. Information on current issues in special education, legal decisions, budgetary concerns, coordinated staff development opportunities and other relevant topics are disseminated through the Personnel Development System.
