Welcome to CESA #11 Low Incidence
The Low Incidence staff at CESA #11 provides educational services and programs to the students, staff and parents of the CESA #11 school districts. The services that are provided are needed by a very low number of students in each school district. CESA #11 Low Incidence Staff provides services to children identified by an IEP team, qualify according to DPI criteria, and require the services to benefit from their Individualized Educational Plan.
