The Instructional Support and Professional Development Department  (ISPD) consists of a multitude of programs focused on serving the professional development needs of the 39 school districts in the CESA #11 region.  Programming areas in the ISPD Department include: early childhood, K-12 curriculum support, special education, technology and distance learning, libraries, and career and technical education. District level services include data analysis, grantwriting and various leadership networks for CESA #11 districts as they work to prepare students for success in the 21st Century. Workshops, trainings and network meetings are held regionally to provide opportunities to learn from trained professionals and each other. Indistrict support and customized services are available upon request.
