Human Fairness and Equity

Districts that have contracted with the CESA #11 Human Fairness and Equity project have the following services provided:

• Strengthening professional practice in human fairness, equity, and multicultural areas
• Analyzing desegregated student assessment data to increase student performance.
• Developing grants to address equity outcomes
• Implementing the district's 118.13 Self Assessment Plan and evaluating progress on local goals
• Reducing bias and discrimination among students
• Integrating human fairness/equity into school improvement plans.
• Meeting the needs of a changing student population.
• Supporting districts in federal equity audits and analysis.
