CESA #11 is offering the 2023-2024 Initial Educator Series to support sustained success of our newest educators. Initial Educators who are new to education within the last three years are invited to register. Mentors are also encouraged to register and join, though not required. To help initial educators navigate their teaching and learning environment in the year ahead, this monthly series includes:

• Recorded webinars (15 min) tied directly to Wisconsin Teaching Standards

• Follow-up Zoom networking (1 hr after school) to discuss what is crucial to YOU, the initial educator

• Fall and Spring in-person days at CESA #11 for exploring resources, meeting regional consultants, and taking a deep dive into professional development and learning
