Currently flu shots are provided in CESA #11 locations that have enough staff to hold a shot clinic. Here is the information on the upcoming flu clinic at the CESA #11 location in Turtle Lake:
The annual WEA sponsored Flu vaccination clinic was held at CESA #11, Turtle Lake, in the Board Room, between 3:00 and 4:30 pm on 10/27/2010. Employees, spouses, and retirees who are covered by WEA Health are eligible. Dependent children of WEA Trust subscribers who are nine years of age or older may be included in this on-site program. Please bring your WEA Trust ID card.
Please pre-register with Mary Matusewic at (715) 986-2020 ext. 2165 or by email marym@cesa11.k12.wi.us by ???, 2011. 50 vaccines have been pre-ordered; the first 50 people to pre-register will be guaranteed a vaccine and the rest will be put on a waiting list. On the day of the clinic, CESA #11 building staff will be called to the Community Room by pre-registration order.
The provider, Cumberland Memorial Hospital, will also provide the vaccine to CESA #11 employees not covered by a Trust health plan at a cost up to $20. Actual cost is yet to be determined. Members of the general public will not be included in the CESA #11 Flu vaccination clinic this year. Any fees must be paid at the time the vaccination is received. WEA Health participants not able to attend will be reimbursed up to $ 25.00 by WEA for a vaccination you receive through any flu vaccination clinic. If you receive a flu vaccination from your doctor, you may end up paying more if your plan deductible has not been met.
