Serve, Educate, And Lead
CESA #11’s mission is to provide thoughtful, quality educational service and leadership by working together for life-long learning.
We will fulfill our mission by:
· Developing quality services to meet the needs of our learning communities.
· Seeking a shared understanding of best educational practices, which are based on experience and research about teaching and learning.
· Developing leadership that is visionary, creative and research based, and meets the changing and diverse needs of learners.
CESA #11’s Goals
In order to fulfill our mission to Serve, Educate, and Lead, we, the staff of CESA #11 have set forth the following goals for our Agency. They are presented here in brief form and developed further in the CESA #11 Mission and Goals working document.
Goal 1: CESA #11 will develop and implement an on-going process that will identify, assess, and evaluate the needs of our clients.
Goal 2: CESA #11 will continue to assess, refine, and support the agency’s mission, vision, values, and goals.
Goal 3: CESA #11 will deliver quality services.
Goal 4: CESA #11 will develop technology support which fosters the agency mission and goals.
Goal 5: CESA #11 will develop internal/external collaboration to integrate our work and services.
Goal 6: CESA #11 will develop structures which support personal and professional development both internally and externally.
